CID will investigate the case filed in the case of fire at Green Cozy Cottage in Bailey Road, Dhaka.
Thursday (March 7) ADC Shah Alam Md. Akhtar Islam of Ramna Zone informed this information.
On the night of March 1, the police filed the case as the plaintiff, alleging negligent homicide at Ramna police station. The police were investigating the case.
At the beginning of the investigation, police arrested four people. They are Jaisan, the manager of Katchi Bhai Bhawan, Anwarul Haq and Shakil Ahmed Rimon, the owners of Tea Chumuk, and Hamimul Haq Bipul, the manager of Green Cozy Cottage Bhawan.
46 people lost their lives in this fire incident.
