The next national elections will be held between December 2025 and June 2026 and there is no chance of going beyond this timeframe, said Syeda Rizwana Hasan, advisor to the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change and Water Resources of the interim government.
She gave this information on Friday (May 23).
Rizwana Hasan said, “The elections will be held between December and June. The Chief Advisor and the Advisory Council are working with that goal.”
She also said, “Necessary preparations and plans have been made to organize the elections within the stipulated time.”
