The Department of Youth Development, under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, has announced a new round of free freelancing training courses for young people in 48 districts across Bangladesh. Applicants will not be charged any fees, and each trainee will receive a daily stipend of BDT 200, along with meals during the training period.
The upcoming batch will be conducted through E-Learning and Earning Ltd., located at 7 South Kallyanpur, Mirpur Road, Dhaka 1207. The official admission circular was issued on September 7 by Project Director Md. A. Hamid Khan.
Course Details

Duration: October 1 – December 31 (3 months)

Total Hours: 600 (8 hours daily, 6 days a week, 75 sessions)

Mode: Fully offline classroom training

Eligibility: Youth aged 18–35 who have passed at least HSC or equivalent

Benefits: Daily stipend of BDT 200 plus breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks

Khulna Division: Khulna, Satkhira, Bagerhat, Jashore, Jhenaidah, Magura, Chuadanga, Meherpur, Kushtia

Rangpur Division: Rangpur, Kurigram, Lalmonirhat, Gaibandha, Nilphamari, Dinajpur, Panchagarh

Application Deadline
Interested candidates must apply online by September 23 at 11:59 PM. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted, and the system will automatically close.
Upon successful completion of the course and final assessment, trainees will be awarded an official certificate.
